Intro

This page will describe commands available at the telnet prompt.

But before the command line prompt can be accessed, you must be able to log in. Please refer to the default user name and password given by Rock.


bbq

bbq [options]

Options:
    [-k]                              Kill the current instance of the Stoker
    [-t]                              Enable the temperature output
    [-dbg_all]                        Enable all debug output
    [-dbg_[(c|fp|fp_menu|web|db|lcd)] Enable module debug.  More than one can be specified

Run the Stoker software


gc

gc

Request garbage collection. Please note that this is only a request to system and so garbage collection may not occur immediately.


ipconfig

ipconfig [options]

Options:
    [-a IP -m mask]     Set IPv4 address and subnet mask
    [-n domainname]     Set domain name
    [-g IP]             Set gateway address
    [-p IP]             Set primary DNS address
    [-s IP]             Set secondary DNS address
    [-t dnstimeout]     Set DNS timeout (set to 0 for backoff/retry)
    [-d]                Use DHCP to lease an IP address
    [-r]                Release currently held DHCP IP address
    [-x]                Show all Interface data
    [-C]                Commit current network configuration to flash
    [-D]                Disable restoration of configuration from flash
    [-f]                Don't prompt for confirmation

Configure or display the network settings


ping

ping [options] HOST

Options:
    [-c number of pings]
    [-t ttl]
    [-W timeout] 

Send ICMP ECHO_REQUEST packets to HOST


reboot

reboot [options]

Options:
    [-f] Don't prompt for confirmation
    [-h] Clear heap on reboot
    [-a] Clear heap and system memory on reboot
